With clients

  1. If you are faced with workforce challenge, give us a call or mail us. Even if it’s in an early stage and you haven’t decided on how to solve this challenge. There are no strings attached and we’d like to help.
  2. After the first contact we have a face-to-face meeting to discuss your challenge. Meeting in person will help us understand the details and grasp the environment the candidate should fit in.
  3. We create a longlist of candidates (drawn from our database and search). From this list 3 to 4 candidates are shortlisted. We will tell you why we think it’s a match and discuss further details with you.
  4. We set up meetings with you and the chosen candidates.
  5. If all goes well and there’s a match we will: for permanent hirings we will facilitate to ensure smooth and successful negotiations; for interim & project management, we draw up contracts and off you go.

With candidates

  1. When we get an opportunity we will start screening CV’s from our existing database. So it is always useful to send us your CV spontaneously. We also search LinkedIn and our network to contact the most relevant candidates.

  2. This search results in a longlist which is screened on availability. We meet the people that are new to us face-to-face so that we get to know them for now and future opportunities.

  3. When you are shortlisted we will check your references and our network.

  4. If we think you might fit in, you made it to the shortlist of candidates which will be discussed with the client.

  5. If the client likes what he or she sees we will discuss next steps with you and set-up interviews with you and the client.

  6. Is it a match? In case of permanent hiring, we will facilitate to ensure smooth & successful negotiations. In case of project or interim management, we will draw-up contracts and off you go.

  7. Once you’re on the job we’ll check-in regularly to see if everything goes well.
